Customs and tax charges

Once you placed your orders that means it covered customs and tax charges and you are not subject to pay any other fees.

Delivery times

As we ship directly from our manufacturers our products do take between 2 - 7 business days for delivery. We do send out the tracking information as soon as the item has shipped. We recommend you keep an eye on that for any updates.

Items can sometimes get stuck in customs for some time while they are processed. If you order still hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks then please reach out to us and we can look into this for you.

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number and the website to use to track the order. 

Otherwise, for deliveries to the US, these can usually be tracked through USPS, UK deliveries can usually be tracked through Royal Mail, and Australia deliveries can be tracked through AusPost. If none of these apply we recommend using 17Track or 4PX to track your parcel.

Not at home to receive your order?

If you are not at home to receive your parcel, it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, and you will usually be advised via a note posted through your door. Sometimes the parcels will be taken to the local depot for you to collect them from. In this case a note will be left advising you of this and how long you have to collect the item. We advise you keep an eye on the tracking for updates on when the order is due to be delivered.

Why can’t you ship to my country?

We are working on finding the best way to be able to offer our deals internationally, but at this time our deals are only available to ship within the United States, Canada, European, Australia, and some of Asian countries.
