Our packers take the utmost care to ensure that all orders are packaged well enough to prevent damage to the items and packaging during transport, however a small number of orders may arrive with damage to the packaging of the product. We can only process refund on damaged packaging within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered.
If this has happened to you, we will be happy to provide a 20% refund as an apology for any inconvenience. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and we can get this sorted for you. If you do not wish to keep the product, then you will need to return the item to us for a full refund.
We will require a photo of the damage before we can provide you with a refund.
I’d like to return my order
Occasionally it happens where you get your order and for whatever reason no longer need it or want it. If this happens we can process a refund for you. The items will need to be returned to us in order for us to process a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns within 14 days of the item being marked as delivered.
To receive a refund you will need to return the item to us. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is yours to cover. We will process a refund once the item has arrived back with us. We will only provide a refund on the items and not the original shipping fee.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and send you an email within 5 days to let you know we have received your return and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Returns may have already been approved during conversations with the customer service team. If you are approved your refund will be processed immediately and you should see this back in your account within 5 – 7 days. The refund will go back onto your original payment method.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return, so do recommend that you use a trackable service when sending the item back to us.

I received a faulty item
While we take the utmost care to ensure items are packaged properly, a small number of order do arrive damaged. If you receive your order and find one of the items is damaged or not working properly then please reach out to us at email@example.com. Once we have verified the item is damaged or not working, we will process a refund on that item. The shipping fee will also be refunded to you.
Please note we can only refund on damaged items within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered. If you contact us outside of the 14 days we won’t be able to offer a refund.
In order to prove an item is damaged or faulty we will require either a video or photo. Please don’t be offended by this, but as we do not require you to return faulty items to us, this is how we can ensure that an item is damaged.
Our refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your item was marked as delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
In order for us to be able to accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your returns to the return address on the shipping label. Our customer service team will provide you with the address you need to send the return to.
If you are returning an item to us we recommend you use a trackable service as we don’t take any responsibility for items being returned to us.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
